On 17 June 2026 Onyx Group International Ltd (“the Company”) entered into administration, and Andrew Andronikou and Jack Caten of BTG Begbies Traynor (London) LLP (“BTG”) were appointed joint administrators (“Administrators”) on the same date. The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Administrators who act as the Company’s agents and without personal liability.
